The middle school counselor may provide the following services:

• Individual counseling: personal/social, academic, emotional, crisis
• Small group counseling: counseling a small group based on a common need
• Classroom presentations: presenting a variety of topics within the classroom
• Consultation services: working with students, parents, and school staff
