A Message from Superintendent Dobmeier: New York State COVID-19 Travel Advisory UpdateOn Wednesday, March 3, 2021, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced that domestic travelers to New York State who have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 within the last 90 days will no longer be required to quarantine or be tested upon arrival. On March 11, New York State updated its COVID-19 Travel Advisory to reflect this announcement. Previously, unvaccinated travelers from noncontiguous states and territories were required to quarantine for ten days upon arrival, or obtain two negative tests within the time period provided in the travel advisory.

Please see the attached letter from IRCSD Superintendent Dobmeier, which provides direction as to the updated communication and guidance we have received regarding the New York State travel advisory
